Sarah Rowe: Native American Power Bundles Workshop Participants in this workshop will make small, sculptural power bundles working with a variety of found and natural objects to create a unique and personal object. The process of making prayer ties used in Lakota ceremonies will also be taught. Items such as fabric remnants, twigs, plant material, feathers, and stones will be available for use. Sarah Rowe, of Lakota and Ponca descent, is a visual and performance artist in Omaha, Nebraska. Her work addresses issues of self-identity and exploitation of natural resources. Age: 12+
