KEARNEY—Schrock Medical Clinic has plans to give back to the Kearney community, especially for veterans and children’s charities. This inspiration comes from the patients served but also Dr. Schrock’s personal experiences. For the last decade Dr. Schrock has made giving a priority, focusing on nonprofit organizations. This year the clinic plans to take giving to a new level by putting $30,000 back into the Kearney community with the campaign, “Schrock’s Giving.”

“I couldn’t do this without our patients. They’ve allowed us to bring new innovative technology to Nebraska by integrating a medical team into our practice. Having a medical team on board has created the opportunity for us to utilize cutting edge technology such as regenerative medicine utilizing stem cells, unique ultrasound guided joint injections and medical wave treatments. To deliver this care we take a team approach. Our chiropractic, medical, and rehabilitation team collaborate to treat our patients. The patient is kept in the team approach model for the entirety of their care. This means that all patient care happens under one roof to avoid confusion and get better and faster results. It’s our mission to change the face of medicine for the better,” said Dr. Schrock, owner.

Dr. Schrock will be available for interviews by request.

“Dr. Schrock and his staff are very passionate not only about their patients and the healing we provide but also about the community. Ensuring our donations stay local is extremely important to us,” said Heather Riggleman, Practice Representative of the clinic.

Each month, $2,500 will be donated to one charity.  Charities and non-profits can apply for donations by contacting Heather Riggleman to request an application form. The application form will help ensure the organization or charity meets the criteria for the donations. To further highlight their cause, the clinic will partner with the organization to post selective information on their social media platforms to educate the community.

“I love donating to children’s charities because of the struggles we’ve gone through as a family with my son’s health. I’ve seen how a great medical facility at Children’s Hospital in Omaha improved what could’ve been a horrible experience. I also highly value veterans’ charities because I’ve had multiple family members serve in the armed forces. After 21 years of practice, I’ve also seen how poorly our veterans are treated. It’s important to me to have an impact in that area.

Schrock Medical Clinic sees more than 1,000 patients per week and offers a variety of care under one roof. “We’re essentially bridging the gap between western medicine and chiropractic care. Where else can you go to receive active rehabilitation, adjustments, stem cell regenerative therapy, acupuncture and chiropractic care all under one roof,” said Riggleman.

Schrock Medical Clinic recently moved into their new 12,000 square foot space. Formerly the building was First Baptist Church at 1616 West 39th Street, Suite A. before it was purchased by the clinic.  Owned by Dr. Samuel Schrock for more than 21 years. It has a mission to impact lives by changing the face of medicine.
