DESCRIPTION:Chair: Mat Cope - Cope Ag Services\n\nVice Chair:  John Becker - CopyCat Printing\n\n\n\nHappy New Year\, Colonels!\n\nTo start our year off\, we plan on meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday\, January 11th at UNK's Discovery Hall\, located just Northeast of the West Center.  We will spend our time touring the new Industrial Distribution facility and present the Doing Business Award to Dean of the College of Business and Technology\, Tim Jares\, in recognition of the new expansion.  Social to follow at KCC\, the 19th Hole.  \n\nLot 27 and 27B is the Lot we can park in to access Discovery Hall. (See picture)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Colonels Club is a men's group whose purpose is to serve as a public relations arm of the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce. The Colonels Club does this is by supporting the "Doing Business" award\, attending and promoting grand openings\, Ribbon Cuttings\, Business After Hours\, Gateway Farm Expo\, the KACC Annual Meeting and the Kearney Golf Classic and by working on membership recruitment and retention. Colonels are limited to one Colonel per business and 50 members. This group does have a small annual fee.
