DESCRIPTION:The WHAT:  Modern Woodmen Book Drive for Join Hands day. \n\nThe WHEN:  May 5th (which is national Join Hands Day) 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.\n\nThe WHERE: The Modern Woodmen Kearney location (3503 N. 2nd Ave)\n\nThe WHO:  Everybody and anybody who wants to donate books! \n\nThe WHY:  We are a Fraternal Financial non-profit firm.  Everything we do is to give back to our community.  We do an event for Join Hands Day each year\, and this was our plan for this year.\n\nThe HOW: People can bring any books they would like to donate.  \n\nOther info:  Everyone who donates books will have a chance to enter into a drawing for an I-Pod Shuffle and also a for the younger crowd a singing and dancing stuffed animal.   Also we will have free Hotdogs\, chips\, and drinks!  All books will be going to the Kearney Public Library and Literacy Council.
