He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing from Loras College in Dubuque\, Iowa. Prior to joining Marcotte\, Bill was a producer with National Insurance Agency for four years and a marketing representative with Travelers for over two years prior to that. He is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and has earned his LUTCF (Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow) designation.
