2016 Mystery Foods Event Saturday, October 8, 2016 Check-In: 12:30pm Registration Deadline: September 28 Entry Fee: $20.00 per team Each division limited to ten teams of 2-4 members: Division 1: 10—14 year olds Division 2: 15—18 year olds The Nebraska Mystery Foods Event is a competitive food preparation event for youth that highlights Nebraska grown foods. ¦¦ Each team of 2-4 members must use only the basket of provided food, plus a “mystery” ingredient revealed just before the event ¦¦ Each team will make a short presentation to the judges explaining their entree ¦¦ Awards will be given for Best Use of Mystery Ingredient, Best Appearance of Dish, and Best Oral Presentation
