Join the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC) for this free workshop to learn about the 8(a) Program and how it can impact sales to government agencies. The 8(a) Program is a set-aside program for socially and economically disadvantaged small businesses. There are many benefits of participating in the 8(a) Program for small businesses. Companies may qualify for sole source contracts and set-aside contracts, as well as mentoring, procurement assistance, training, business counseling, surety bonding, etc. We are excited that Lisa Tedesco with the SBA will be joining us for this workshop to provide the most up-to-date information about the 8(a) Program. She will provide information about the 8(a) Program and the application process to become certified as an 8(a) Small Business.
