Cabela?s/US Sportsman Alliance Outdoor Adventure Day

Date: Saturday, June 8^th

Time: 10am – 2pm

Location: Cabela’s, 3600 E Hwy 30, Kearney, NE 68847

Set Up Time: Friday 12pm-8pm Saturday 7:30am-10am

FYIs:

·         After the wind fiascos last year, we will not be renting or setting up any tents or tables this year. We want to really focus on the interactive events that will get families excited about the outdoors vs informational booths.  That said groups are more than welcome to bring their own tents/tables.  If we haven’t talked yet, please email me any space, electricity or other requirements that you may have.

·         We are still looking for volunteers that day to help with events if you know any groups or individuals that may want to help.  Don’t forget that anyone who volunteers or puts on a display that day will receive employee pricing that day and a sack lunch. Our areas of need include archery, animal calling, fishing and shooting.

·         Because of the lunch I will need to know how many (if any) people will be representing your organization here that day.  Please RSVP your groups number by June 1^st.

·         We will kick off our Fathers Day ad that weekend with doorbuster sales that morning.  People will start lining up as early as 7:30am and you are welcome to set up/staff your display starting that early.  This is entirely optional for you as the events will not be advertised to start until 10am.
