The cost of workers' compensation to Nebraska businesses a significant one and directly affects the ability of Nebraska businesses to compete. At the state level, Nebraska's ability to attract and grow businesses is greatly affected by our workers' compensation system. Only through pro-active legislative efforts and a unified defense against attempts to increase the cost of the system can we keep our system affordable.
