National Walk at Lunch Day
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is challenging Nebraskans to participate in National Walk at Lunch Day on April 29, 2015. Participation is simple – take the pledge at nebraskablue.com/walk to walk during lunchtime (or any other time frame that works on your schedule) for 30 minutes.
