The Department of Accounting, Finance & Economics at the University of Nebraska at Kearney is seeking applications for a full-time Lecturer in Accounting beginning Fall 2026. We seek a dynamic educator committed to excellence in teaching, student engagement, and professional development. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative academic environment and support the mission of the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Responsibilities include teaching four undergraduate and/or graduate courses across the accounting curriculum and other courses as assigned per semester, advising and mentoring students to support their academic success and career development, participating in department, college, and university service activities as assigned, and maintaining currency and relevancy in the discipline through ongoing professional engagement and development. The Department of Accounting, Finance, and Economics is housed in the UNK College of Business and Technology. Both the College of Business and Technology and the Accounting program are AACSB accredited, reflecting a strong commitment to academic rigor, continuous improvement, and excellence in business and accounting education.
