Location: Kearney, NE
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (shifts to 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM as shipping ramps up)

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate carrier appointments via phone and email

• Check truck drivers in and out and manage all related documentation

• Prepare and process shipping paperwork using SAP

• Schedule shipments and maintain accurate records

• Support daily operations within the shipping department

• Handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks with precision

• Maintain strong communication across teams and with external partners

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous administrative or office experience required

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly (SAP experience a plus)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
