Under the direction of the Facilities Assistant Director, will coordinate asset disposal management duties and campus moves. Help coordinate annual surplus auction. Set up and take down equipment, chairs, tables, A/V equipment, podiums, microphones, speakers, portable staging, etc. Manage campus moves and surplus property.
Required Qualifications: High School diploma, valid driver’s license, must be able to follow oral and written instructions, climb, stoop, bend, work from ladders or platforms at various heights and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must be able to interact and communicate well with others. Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with audio/visual equipment. Experience with event set up. Experience working with Events management software
