Event and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Event & Marketing Coordinator to work with the Executive Director to plan and execute marketing strategies, events, educational programs, and group/motorcoach tours. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with The Archway staff. Evening and weekend availability is required for events.
 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, set up, supervise, and clean up events
  • Manage motorcoach, school tours, and event room bookings
  • Assist with motorcoach tours, school tours, and educational programs
  • Create marketing content (social media, blog posts, newsletters, promotions)
  • Oversee print and digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update websites
  • Collaborate with other departments and assist with administrative tasks
