Marketing - Event Assistant
 We are hiring a full-time or part-time onsite Marketing-Event assistant who will work with the Executive Director in developing and executing various marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic. As well as assisting in event planning, educational programs, and events.  We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with The Archway staff. Requires working evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Marketing: 

  •  Creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Monitors and manages social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
  • Reports to supervisor website and social media metrics and analytics reports.
  • Conducts market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Designs and executes marketing campaigns, including brochures, print, and digital ads.
  •  Digital production for print and packaging.
  • Manages and maintains website.
  • Promoting educational and school programs.
  • Assists the marketing department with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborates with other departments as needed.
Events:
  • Assists in event planning.
  • Event set-up, teardown, and cleanup.
  • Supervise events.
  • Assists in motorcoach, school tour, and event reservation.
  • Assists with school and motorcoach tours.
  • Assists with educational programs.
 
 Qualifications and Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to spot emerging trends.
  • Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing, and search engines.
 
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) .
  • Digital photography and video editing experience a plus.
