Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized team member to join our small shop. You’ll help with various hands-on tasks related to the production of custom apparel, from prepping materials to packaging finished products. If you enjoy a calm, collaborative environment and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:

• Assist with production of custom-printed items (e.g., heat pressing, embroidery, prepping garments)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and supplies
• Package and label finished products accurately
• Help manage inventory and materials
• Occasionally assist with light creative tasks, such as mock-up layouts or color selection

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Organized and dependable with good time management
• Comfortable in a quiet, focused environment
• Somewhat creative bonus if you enjoy design or DIY projects
• Prior experience in apparel, crafting, or production is a plus, but not required
