The Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CLASS Act organization according to the strategic direction established by the Board of Directors. This position works collaboratively with Board Members, volunteers, donors, sponsors, school staff, and community partners to support the mission and activities of CLASS Act.
Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Prior experience in management, administrative, nonprofit, or event coordination preferred.
Relevant experience in marketing and social media required.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including public speaking.
Budget management skills; including proficiency with financial management systems preferred.
Strong computer skills; including word processing, email, internet, and social media.
Ability to collaborate with and motivate Board Members and volunteers.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
