Job Title: Office/Shipping (Part-Time, Seasonal)

Pay: $16.50-17 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10–20 hours/week)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Office/Shipping Associate for a seasonal position in Kearney, NE. This role will run through the end of the year with the potential to extend based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, customs forms)

• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition

• Update inventory records and maintain accurate shipment logs

• Communicate order status and shipping updates to internal departments

• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery

• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries related to shipments

• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area

• Assist with general administrative or clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in shipping/receiving or office support preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, label creation, etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Additional Information:

• Seasonal Role: Through the end of the year (with possible extension)

• Flexible Hours: Between 10–20 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday to Friday within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (e.g., 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM shifts)

• Pay: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
