We are looking for a driven Guest Experience Manager to co-manage our high-volume Ashley Furniture location right here in Kearney, NE.

You will report directly to the Store Manager and serve as the Manager on Duty two days a week, actively driving sales, coaching our reps, and elevating the guest experience.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Results: Lead the team to achieve a minimum of $500 in Sales Per Guest and an Average Sale of $2000.
- Lead by Example: Actively sell while coaching the team to achieve quarterly sales increasing 10% or more YOY.
- Build the Culture: Exemplify our core values: Be a Pro, Have Some FUN!, and maintain a Positive & Optimistic environment.
- Develop the Team: Keep annualized staff turnover under 40% and ensure all staff are on pace to meet career plans.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or face-to-face customer service (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a successful record of performance.
- The desire to learn management (hiring, training, leading).
- Willing and able to average 45 hr. per week, including most weekends.
- Advanced computer skills and a desire to grow, learn and discover.
