Brenda Jochum is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with a background in higher education, specifically in career development. Strengths Connection was launched to share her love of CliftonStrengths with teams, organizations, young professionals, faith-based organizations, youth, and families. Strengths discovery and coaching conversations open a door that leads to confidence in God-given talents and many “ah-ha” moments. Working with her children and their friends when they were in high school was one of her favorite coaching experiences as they explored the power tools which shape their futures as they launch into adulthood. Originally from Axtell, she has called Kearney home for most of her life where she and her husband of 26 years, Scott raised their two children Zach (age 25) and Katelynn (age 22) who both now live in Lincoln.
