A Century of Lights

Bring your family to the Century of Lights celebration with a full day of activities including: 

•     Pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Minden Opera House: 11:30am - 1pm
• Free movie at the Minden Opera House: 1:30pm
• Children's carnival at Windmill Hall: 3 - 5pm
• Jim Salestrom concert at the Minden Opera House: 8pm

Join us downtown on the square at 5:30pm for:

• Crowning of Miss Christmas City
• Official lighting ceremony
• Lighted parade

Lights and Ice! From Nov. 27 to Dec. 12, dust off your ice skates and join us downtown on the square for our newest Christmas attraction: the Minden Ice Rink. In honor of the 100-year milestone, we have exiting events and promotions planned - see you on the ice! Skates available at the rink.
