A Century of Lights

Bring your family to the Century of Lights celebration with a full day of activities including:

Pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Minden Opera House: 11:30am - 1pm
Free movie at the Minden Opera House: 1:30pm
Children's carnival at Windmill Hall: 3 - 5pm
Jim Salestrom concert at the Minden Opera House: 8pm

Join us downtown on the square at 5:30pm for:

Crowning of Miss Christmas City
Official lighting ceremony
Lighted parade

Lights and Ice! From Nov. 27 to Dec. 12, dust off your ice skates and join us downtown on the square for our newest Christmas attraction: the Minden Ice Rink. In honor of the 100-year milestone, we have exiting events and promotions planned - see you on the ice! Skates available at the rink.
