UNL’s Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management Extension program is offering a 2-hour training workshop “Customer Service Excellence 101+”. It is geared to benefit anyone who interacts with a customer, client and/or guest on a daily basis.
These 2-hour interactive, hands-on instructor-led sessions are designed for anyone who interacts with a customer in any setting, be it foodservice, farmer’s markets, on-line sales, retail, child care and non-profit.

Finest standards of performance that impact customer experience and how to create a competitive advantage • Identify and practice service recovery strategies that satisfy customers and prevent issues from reoccurring • How to gather, interpret, and utilize guest feedback.
