Renee Fry, executive director of the OpenSky Policy Institute, will discuss the tax, budget and school finance debate that is currently underway in the Nebraska Legislature. OpenSky Policy Institute is a non-partisan, non-profit think tank in Lincoln that researches and analyzes state fiscal policy. OpenSky is a leading voice in the state’s fiscal policy discussion.
