BluePrint Engines is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Account Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers succeed, this role is a great fit.
Job Description

  • Develop and maintain meaningful, lasting relationships with assigned customers.
  • Serve as their primary point of contact and internal advocate.
  • Understand customer goals and identify opportunities to support them.
  • Monitor satisfaction and address concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure we consistently exceed expectations.
  • Share client feedback to help improve our products and processes.
  • Prepare regular account updates and performance reports.
Employee Requirements
  • Experience in Account Management or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A self-starting attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Prepare customer reports and analyze data.
Work Environment – BluePrint Engines offers a clean, friendly, fast-paced office environment with a family-oriented culture.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Compensation: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
