Customer Service Manager

BluePrint Engines is looking for a supportive, people-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. If you enjoy helping others grow, improving processes, and creating great customer experiences, this role could be a perfect fit.
Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of customer service representatives.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and guide the team through solutions.
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service and consistent communication.
  • Look for ways to improve processes, workflows, and overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to keep everyone aligned.
  • Track key performance metrics and share insights with leadership.
Employee Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and/or team leadership.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A positive, proactive, self-starting approach.
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment – BluePrint Engines offers a clean, friendly, fast-paced office environment with a family-oriented culture.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST - Occasional evening, weekend or online support may be needed. Salary: $50,000–$70,000, based on experience
