Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of customer service representatives.
- Handle escalated customer issues and guide the team through solutions.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and consistent communication.
- Look for ways to improve processes, workflows, and overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to keep everyone aligned.
- Track key performance metrics and share insights with leadership.

- Experience in customer service and/or team leadership.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.
- A positive, proactive, self-starting approach.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment – BluePrint Engines offers a clean, friendly, fast-paced office environment with a family-oriented culture.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST - Occasional evening, weekend or online support may be needed. Salary: $50,000–$70,000, based on experience
