Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Love airplanes, helping people, and keeping things running smoothly? Join our Airport and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) team, where no two days are ever the same! You'll welcome customers, answer phones and aircraft radio calls, assist flight crews with rental cars, hotels, and catering, and help keep our airport operations organized and efficient. You'll also manage fuel inventory, process point-of-sale transactions, balance daily reports, and keep accurate records—all while providing outstanding customer service. We're looking for someone with excellent communication and computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while juggling a variety of tasks. A valid Nebraska driver's license is required, and a positive attitude is a must! Most of your work will be indoors in an office setting, with occasional light physical activity.
