Care Team Manager & Wellbeing Educator
The CARE team case manager is a non-clinical position that assists students who are experiencing crisis or distress that impacts their social, personal, and/or academic stability. This position provides case management services including interventions, referrals, and follow-up services on behalf of the CARE Team.
